Uh, so awkward question, but were ancient greeks familiar with the sexual position of "spit-roasting"?

by Ledpidus

I'm reading Acharnians by Aristophanes and am at the part where a Megarian dresses his daughters up as piglets. Now obviously piglets were ancient greek slang for female genitles, and at one point in the translation i am reading, which the main character is bartering for the pigs, the line is said "the flesh of my sows will be excellent on the spit" is the joke here that his daughters may be eaten, or is it a reference to the sexual position, due to the joke about piglets.

Thanks

Simple answer is yes: http://ep.yimg.com/ca/I/yhst-71834276129357_2227_667039877.jpg, although I suspect the joke here is solely a reference to being penetrated without the embellishment you suggest.
