There are no more full-blooded Moriori or Aboriginal Tasmanians, the last of whom was Trugannini. Of course, there are still people with Moriori and Tasmanian ancestry, trying to keep their culture alive. In the case of the Tasmanians though, the 15 or so languages that existed there prior to western colonisation are not only long extinct, but were never recorded save for some basic vocabulary lists, so that knowledge is lost forever.
