I noticed this photo on another thread and was interested in learning more about it. Where and when did this take place? What was the outcome? Did he succeed? Any other useful information?

An analysis of the photo on an 'Operation Banner' website purports to have identified the location on google maps; I can't find any reference to a bombing at this location with search engines, which leads me to think it was either a successful disposal or a false alarm.
