It would be useful to provide a bit more information aside from the pictures. The size, what is written on it (hard to see in the pictures), ...

From the look of it the first thing that jumps out is the cross, a Christian symbol. It also doesn't look like any Roman coin I've ever come across (what you're insinuating might be the origin). It appears much more modern in design.

It's a fake tourist thing.
