Is John Toland's biography of Hitler a decent biography.

I'm reading it along with The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich and I'm wondering if I picked the right one.

As an overview biography it is excellent. And Toland is one of my favorite writers.

With someone as complicated as Hitler there are going to be some details not covered as fully as I would have liked in an overview biography like this. And there are points where I wish Toland had summarized a speech or two, Hitler himself can get a bit tedious. But those are nitpicks at best. It is an excellent book.
