Is there any evidence in written Roman records of existence of Jesus that has been proven to be more than just some thing added later on by converts?

As far as I know the Romans kept well maintained records of prisoners or punishments that were given out, so shouldn't there be a record mentioning the order of Jesus's crucification?

I'm not sure what gave you that idea. Do you have a citation for any such records?
