It depends what you mean by 'time travel' - for example, in Virgil's Aeneid ('set' approximately 900-800 BCE), in book 6, Aeneas goes to the underworld and is shown a procession of the souls of 'future Romans' including the Scipio brothers ('the scourges of Libya') among others (including my favourite nicknamed Roman, 'Fabius the Delayer', who is walking very slowly). It's not exactly time travel in the sense of Dr Who or whatever, but Aeneas is very much introduced to people who live centuries after he does.
