To me I still have this very vague idea of how Vikings looked liked, or even how they acted in their lives what they worshiped and just how on earth did they come to create this amazingly mysterious art, particularly I am interested in their religion and their customs and their everyday life routines. I would appreciate if you've sources, I would like to go in depth with this topics, thanks in advance.
Have you read any of the sagas? If not, that's a good place to start, particularly with Njáls saga, Grettis saga, and Gísla saga for the sort of every day life and religion things, though I warn you that all three have supernatural elements in them. As far as academic works go, Peter Foote's The Viking Achievement and the Oxford Illustrated History of the Vikings are also good starting places, and are fairly commonly available in libraries.
