As you can see, it's a thorough clusterfuck designed to be failed. I'm an English PhD student and I find some of these questions to be unanswerably ambiguous.

The other answer is nice, but does anyone have a test not specifically designed to disenfranchise specific races? Literacy requirements did exist in places other than the American South.
