Spices and silk were Asian products highly valued in Europe, and I'm just wondering if there were any European goods that were viewed with such value in medieval Asia.
A bit beyond the medieval period but there is a sizable and expensive clock museum in the Forbidden City full of 17-18th century clocks from France and England. Other trinkets like glasses and telescopes were popular too.
