Did British colonies like Canada, Australia and New Zealand rebel against England like the American colonies? Whether there were revolutionary movements or not why were the paths of these colonies so different from that of the colonies that would eventually form the United States?

To answer for Australia, the short answer is that no, there were no real "revolutionary" movements, and reason for this is there was no need for them... Australia saw itself as British, and maintained very close ties with the "Motherland" after Federation in 1901...

The expert in this area is /u/Algernon_Asimov , specifically how Australia came to federate and he did an AMA on early Australia here: http://www.reddit.com/r/AskHistorians/comments/11sa1x/ama_australia_first_fleet_to_federation/
