Why did the Arabic language spread to certain Islamic majority countries but not others?

Why didn't most Iranians adopt Arabic but most Moroccans did?

I wish your question was a little clearer. The Arabic language and Islam have moved with the Arabs. There has been somewhat sporadic Arab movement into North Africa, including Morocco, since the Umayyad conquest. Along with that the intermarriage between Amazigh and Arab peoples. Amazighs have either adopted Arabic or were forced to, perhaps somewhat of a mixture. Arabic is very central to reading the Quran. The Sasanian empire was long a powerful force, despite being conquered they preserved aspects of Persian culture like the language, Farsi, which also interestingly uses the Arabic script. Zoroastrianism, the imperial religion, is still practice by a minority despite the strong Islamic influence. Let me know if you want me to explain any of this further. 3:30 am right now but I wanted to answer your question or I would've forgotten to

In some cases, such as in Turkey and Central Asia, Arabic was once widely spoken but has since been replaced with the languages we see today.
