At what point did the "Red Army" stop being the name for the Russian military?

Really curious, I can't seem to find much information about it online.

Technically? 1939, it just became the soviet military. Colloquially? Upon the dissolution of the soviet union in 1991. Keep in mind, for the most part, "red army" refers to the Soviet military, not Russian.
