In terms of Casualties and Army size.
The first thing that came to mind was the battle of Gaixia, which was the final battle between Han and Chu forces that united the land under the Han Dynasty. Liu Bang basically ignited an all out offensive against Xiang Yu, the estimate had Liu's are very mixed but I've heard anything from 300,000 to 700,000 while Xiang Yu had about 100,000. These numbers could very well be exaggerated because the people who passed down these stories of history over time often exaggerated as many elements to the story as possible. Liu was said to have lost about 100,000 while Xiang Yu lost about 80,000.
