This map shows the spread of the second outbreak of the Bubonic Plague, however a small section around Milan and a larger area around Krakow remain untouched. What are the reasons for this immunity/management of the disease?
I also have a question: why is Marseilles written Marsailles?
Is it just a typo or it's a legit spelling somewhere.
