This is Canadian Military, I think some time in the 40's. I need to know what color it's supposed to be for a photo restoration.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Canadian RAF, you can see a bit of the wings of the insignia on his left shoulder. This link should help confirm this. I didn't see too much of the decoration that are in the link on the chest, but you can definitely see from the photos in the link have the same winged insignia on their shoulders.
