It is certainly biased, ignoring things such as the occupation of Sinai in 1956 and the settlements in the Palestinian territories (which he avoided in the part where he talks about returning 95% of the land; what 95% exactly? Why 95% and not 100%? Not that I want to discuss this here, but in general these are questions to ask when you encounter such claims.)
