Is there any place on earth where Old English is still spoken?

No. Old English became Middle English, which became Modern English. Scots is about the closest you can get, which is more like a fellow descendant from Middle English. It also has the distinction of largely not being affected by the Great Vowel Shift, which means their vowels are more directly in line with those of older English.
