I've never found a good reason why the Triple Entente alliance forced in the lead up to the first world war as Britain and France were so recently enemies of Russia, both in the Crimean war and the great game. I mean sure they were all looking for fast alliances against increasing German militarism, but they seem like such unlikely allies.
You seem to have missed a word in your title. Specifically the verb indicating what happened to the Triple Entente after the Crimean war.
It's a pet peeve of mine, as a trawler of the "new" submissions to AskHistorians, but a misspelling or typo in the submission title is extremely insulting given that the question is asking learned academics to take the time to answer your question.
