10 were from Danubian provinces, 8 from Balkans, 4 from the Roman East, 3 from Africa, 3 from Gaul, 3 from Hispania, and in 20 cases I wasn't able to find the place of birth (usually the more obscure ones who ruled for months rather than years).

For comparision, 26 were from Italy.
