Depends on your definition of acronym. Do you mean an abbreviation made up of initial letters/syllables that is spoken as if it were a normal word (NATO compared to FBI, e.g.), or any initialism? The answer would depend on that (and be quite a bit more difficult if pronunciation is a criterium).
