As the title says the question is "How succesfully did China respond to the crisis of communism in the 80's?". What do you think I should mention? Were they talking about how China tried to stay in power after seeing the Soviet Union become more and more unstable (which occurred until the 90s), or did they mean how China was able to stay put after the effects of the Cultural Revolution and Mao's death?
