Depends what you mean by 'peaceful', 'avoided war' and 'successful'. But basically no.
If a peaceful civilisation is threatened with invasion, its down to defense or getting taken over or destroyed, which necessitates war. So you could argue that there are successful civilisations that were peaceful, avoided war but were forced to defend themselves when under attack.
China had many brutal internal battles, and attacks from outside, but rarely declared war on other nations, yet they were the strongest global power until just a few hundred years ago. So in a sense, while not peaceful, they weren't an aggressor as such (especially compared to European nations), and were successful.
