Other commenters in this thread: I will repeat my plea (slightly modified) from the last thread: What the OP is asking is if there are records of people being hit by lightning in the middle ages and If so what do they say, how did people see lightning, a natural phenomenon or a punishment by God?
In other words, s/he is not asking for how the physics of getting struck by lighting work, or how a suit of armor would or would not protect one, but rather for historical evidence of the event and attitudes towards it. Please do attempt to confine answers to those topics. Thanks!
