Ethnic Germans in Russia were "relocated" to Siberia and only in the eighties were they allowed to return to European part of Russia.

In Yugoslavia, ethnic Germans supported the Nazi and were brutal against their Yugoslav neighbors. So when war ended, the Yugoslav retaliated and all of them were deported to Germany.

When Soviet Union seized eastern part of Poland, Soviets compensated the Poles by giving bulk of Silesia and Prussia to Poland. These regions are traditionally mixed with Poles and German. Poles simply expropriated the German properties and land and these forced the Germans to leave. Before the war, Poland had significant German minorities, and many supported the Nazi and even organized guerilla units to assist the German military when war began on September 1, 1939. Many of these units were defeated by Polish military and paramilitary and since technically they are Polish citizens, captured German guerillas were executed as traitors by the Poles. Then when Germans found this out, they retaliated against the Poles. Free City of Danzig openly supported the Nazi and Germany supplied arms to German militia in the city. These militia then attacked Polish garrison and government offices (strongest resistance came from naval base and post office - read Tin Drum for fictional portrait of the latter event) in the city.

Czechoslavakia has probably has the most well known record of forced deportation of their Germans. Czech Germans mostly lived in border region of Czech called Sudetenland, hence they are known as Sudeten Germans. This region is also where most of Czech defense are located, so when Munich Compromise happened, Czech lost the means to defend themselves against the Germans. So after war, to deny future loss of territory to Germany, Czech deported them to Germany. But I read the deportation was haphazard, and many Germans with adequate qualification was allowed to stay.

In China, since Germany provided arms and training for the Nationalists, they were free to roam the country openly. But German spies monitored Allies and Nationalist operations in China and even passed intel to Japan. Only near end of the war, at Allies request did Nationalists arrested German intelligent agents.

Remotely related to German diaspora is that German and Italian submarines operated in Japanese occupied Singapore (wiki Calcutta Light Horse and movie Sea Wolves for reference). Long range submarines of Germany and Japan will visit other country's port, bringing valuable raw materials from Japan to Germany and technology to Japan. Last shipment to Japan carried nuclear materials before captain decided to surrender to Allies.
