I'm currently trying to do some research into the Spanish court during the 17th through early 20th centuries when the Crown's household still followed the strict hierarchy set forth by the Habsburgs. To my understanding it was essentially unchanged from the time of Philip V until Alfonso XIII's deposition in 1931. I'm trying to analyze the exact importance of certain positions in court and see if they have any effect on the government, i.e. were certain positions linked to political offices and how/why. I'm therefore trying to find a register somewhat like this one...
...but for the Spanish court. Would anyone know of a directory whether it be in Spanish or English? The more detail the better.
