The ancient Sumerian poem "A balbale to Inana and Dumuzid" mentions kissing and in some translations includes a reference to "kissing with the tongue".

Have people always kissed in a sexual context with their tongues, or have people ever not kissed with their tongues in any context. There is a difference, you have not made this clear and as a result the responses are dross and trivia.
