No. The Nazis invaded and occupied large parts of Europe. They would never have been able to hold on to those in the face of opposition by the entire British Empire, the US and the Soviet Union. It was never a realistic plan.
Another way of looking at it is that JFK was on an eerily similar cocktail of drugs of among other things barbiturates, testosterone and amphetamines and he wasn't a genocidal warmongering megalomaniac. Hitler's personality was his own long before his doctor started him on the drugs and his downfall was inevitable.
