As for territorial concessions, as a result of Napoleon's success in Italy during the War of the First Coalition, the Habsburgs lost most of their Italian holdings; in the War of the Third Coalition, Austria lost Tyrol which was given to Bavaria; as a result of the War of the Fourth Coalition, Prussia lost Poland which led to the creation of the Duchy of Poland. Further, as a result of the defeat of Austria in 1805, The Habsubrgs were forced to dissolve the Holy Roman Empire in favor of the Confederation of the Rhine which ended up being a series of Buffer States for France.

From all of this, you can see that most of the lands taken were generally given to allies or had states created. The Kingdom of Naples was lost to Napoleon as a punishment for siding with the Habsburgs (the Kingdom was semi-independent and given to Napoleon's brother Joseph until he was made King of Spain, when it was given to one of Napoleon's brother-in-laws, Marshal Joachim Murat.)
