Ibn Sina, also known as Avicenna, was indeed reported to be Hafiz (the title for someone who has the Quran memorized) by 10, but thats not exactly uncommon. Muslim children all over the world memorize the Quran and engage in competitions about it. but besides that Ibn Sina was indeed a religious Muslim who promoted Neoplatonic metaphysics within Islamic theology.

His philosophic works were steeped in religion because thats what philosophy was in his era, a discussion of religious thoughts, religious ethics, and the logic behind them. It would be remiss to say Ibn Sina was not inspired by the Quran because he was a devout Muslim and Islamic Philosophical though is as rooted in the Quran as Christian thought is rooted in the Bible.

But he was also a physican who wrote many medical treastises and texts, which might have been inspired by religious ethos but thats harder to nail down. So it really depends which works you are talking about. Philosophy? almost definitely along with Aristotelian writing and other islamic writings like hadith. Medical? maybe.
