In 1941, my grandfather lived in Ward 39, Philadelphia PA. Can someone help me find where that is today?

I've tried google as well as IOS maps. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know how often the ward boundaries changed, but this 1927 map puts Ward 39 roughly where the Clearview neighborhood is.
