Is this article a decent summary of the history of U.S./Middle East relations?

It seems unbiased and thorough but I'm very ignorant on the subject and therefore can't really trust my own judgement. Your thoughts are very much appreciated.

There's nothing in it that's wrong it's just clear that you can't summarize 60 years of US foreign policy in 3 pages. It's basically a timeline of what the author thinks is important. I'm not really sure what the value of it is, except maybe as a prompt to study each of those events in greater depth. It's certainly not, as the title would suggest, a "guide" to US policy.
