If so, how?
Of course. No fire exits. No signage. And those steps are way too big to conform to safety standards. No Wheelchair ramps or any attempt at accessibility for the handicapped into/out of the building. A complete lack of sprinklers. No emergency evacuation plan. The building material is quite fire resistant, which is very good. However I should point out the IBC isnt usually applied to existing buildings.
The design loading looks very good and I suspect this building will last for a substantial amount of time.
This might be a better question for /r/askengineering or /r/askscience.
