Will Google keep our faces blurred? Is some form of confidentiality maintained when archived material is released to the world?

This submission has been removed because it involves current events. To keep from discussion of politics, we have a 20-year rule here. You may want to try /r/ask_politics or another current-events focused sub.

However, if you were to resubbit your question without asking about the future policy of such entities as Twitter and Google, and only asking about the current state of historical archives dealing with privacy issues, that would be OK.

Did you mean to post this question somewhere else?

This is /r/AskHistorians

This has nothing to do with history. Even if it did, it would break the 20-year-rule. There's one sentence in there that's almost related, but not really.

You might try one of the default subs.
