I am looking to write an article, however, i need sources and texts. Does anybody know a webpage filled with sources from especially the 19th and 20th century? Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for legal documents, treaties, and international documents, the Avalon Project is a go-to resource.
The Vatican has a bunch of documents available online, organized by the pontiffs that promulgated them. You can pick a pontiff going back to Leo XIII (so the year 1810) and get a huge number of documents on a huge number of topics in a large number of languages.
Europeana has a ton of great resources.
If you are in a school with access, or have the inclination to pay, Questia has a bunch of stuff.
