I don't think there was any reason that it did. The UK was allied with Japan as of 1902 in an alliance against Russia, while the French were allied with Russia from the late 1800s. If anything, one could reasonably expect that the Russo-Japanese war may have had a detrimental impact on the entente cordiale between the UK and France due to these conflicting alliances.
