As in, how would one prosecute the country of Serbia for being the causation or catalyst of World War One?
Unless wikipedia contains falsehoods pulled from discredited sources, the assassination was a rogue Serbian intelligence operation, thus a parallel can be drawn to a very well known contemporary event, and there you have it.
A counter-argument can stress the official Serbian warning to Austria-Hungary and claim that it was unfortunately too vague and indirect, or rogue elements in the KuK government purposefully exposed the heir apparent.
Or that the causes were the treaty systems and the general eagerness to fight.
