Has a nation ever settled a debt with another nation by ceding land over to them, like when you're out of cash in Monopoly and can only pay with your properties?

The Louisiana Purhase included 50 million Francs in payment plus 18 million Francs debt cancellation.

The territories (other than Alsace-Lorrain) that Germany was forced to cede at the Treaty of Versailles were supposed to be valued by estimating the value of the territory for the 4 years prior to 1914. The country that took over the territory was supposed to pay this amount toward Germany's debt for WW1.
