I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but Icelandic independence was achieved through entirely peaceful means, largely because the country was economically worthless to Denmark at the time. It came about through the lobbying efforts of a relatively small group of Icelandic politicians, rather than a popular vote, though, so I'm not sure if it meets your criteria. There was no revolution, war, or popular uprising, just some (occasionally heated) political maneuvering.
