Contemplating some steampunk cosplays for next year. That'd be awesome if you guys knew of any from WWII - German side (I own a full-metal MP40 airsoft gun to play with). I'm also 5' 11".

Although I cannot name any specific tall women, I can provide a few images of (or related to) women in Germany during and between the World Wars. It's a little too modern for steampunk (especially WWII), but it might help with your design choices:
