Short answer? No. Outside of the biblical Exodus account, there is pretty much no evidence corroborating the historicity of a Hebrew "exodus" from Egypt.

I would point you to Israel Finkelstein's The Bible Unearthed, where he goes through this in considerable detail paying close attention to the archaeological evidence.
