Isn't a document that protests a war for moral/ethical reasons taking a political stance? By saying that a certain war is unethical/immoral, aren't you also saying that the administration or policies which got the country involved are immoral and unethical?

For instance, if I were to attack the Iraq war for being unethical, I would also be attacking Bush's policies as unethical. The point is, I don't think that art can ever truly be apolitical--even if art intentionally ignores a political subject, they are taking a stance on the issue simply by not discussing it.
