After the war in Europe was over, how much did Britain contribute to the Japanese theater?

I know Britain was pretty exhausted by that point, but did they increase their participation against Japan once Germany was defeated? I'd also be interested to hear the same about any of the other western allies.

Britain and the British Empire made two major contributions to the war against Japan. The first, the fighting in Burma, had been ongoing since 1941. This was not significantly expanded following the defeat of Germany - the Japanese front in Burma had started to collapse, and sending in more troops was seen as unnecessary. However, plans were underway to land troops in Malaysia, under the name of Operation Zipper. The second was the British Pacific Fleet, which operated as Task Force 57/37 with the US Navy. This was a primarily carrier force, which began operations in the Far East when it was clear that Germany had been defeated as a naval power. It was involved in airfield suppression during the Invasion of Okinawa, and in attacks on Japan. British submarines also moved from the European Theatre to the Pacific. French warships - the battleship Richelieu and the destroyer Triomphant - operated with the Royal Navy's Eastern Fleet in the Indian Ocean, as did a cruiser and several destroyers of the Dutch Navy. The RAF was planning to send a heavy bomber force, consisting of 22 squadrons, and named Tiger Force. This included several RAAF and RCAF squadrons, as well as an RNZAF squadron. The war ended before this force could arrive in theatre.
