My grandfather dies several years ago, i got this flag of medals from him and its hanged on my wall ever since. Does someone know the meaing of any one of them?
He was a bordersoldier in Sweden and was guarding the border between Norway and Sweden from the Germans. One of few Swedish troops who stood up against the Germans.

I can't fully see the text on the flag itself, but it appears to be from "All-USSR Games for Little Octobrists". Other than that, a selection of souvenir badges, youth organizations' pins (Young Pioneers, Komsomol), a few badges for excellence in studying, etc. The larger ones in the middle are cap badges for Soviet Navy. Nice selection, but I'd say they're all post-war, something a tourist might pick up on a trip to USSR. Maybe there's a story there for you to find out? ;)
Edit: some of the others are a pin of All-Russian Volunteer Fire Brigades, a pin celebrating the GAZ-67 military vehicle, a pin from Romania.
