I get that feminism occurs in waves, making the current wave modern feminism. But then there's "new age", which doesn't make sense to me because new age feminism does not seem modern, it seems like it refers to old hippy types. Also, "new-" does not necessarily mean present-day.

Thus, the differences between terms (if any) do not entirely make sense to me.
