I saw this thread on the frontpage of Reddit.

Without context, my initial assumption would be that these are something from China, but why? What about them makes them seem 'Chinese' to me? Because the Neolithic is far earlier than anything anyone would consider China, right?

Is there something about the design of these axes that carried over from the Neolithic period into later eras? Is it the type of stone? Because that's where I'm leaning right now in what's giving me the 'China'-vibe.
