Inquiring for a friend of a friend who purchased an old safe from an estate sale for like $15 and busted it open to find these inside. I wish I had higher quality pictures but he only has his phone. It seems like they are currency issued by the particular colony prior to modern national currency, but that's all we could figure out. Not sure if they are real or fake, and he is wondering who could validate their authenticity and place a money value on them. Any thoughts?
