Doing a quick scan of my books to make sure, but there was nothing talking about war masks such as your image shows nor what /u/bravozulu9's image shows. What is talked about most when it comes to Punic/Carthaginian masks and helmets refers to either funeral masks, pottery or the basic Greek style helmets (such as Corinthian) we have found.

As for helmets used by Punic troops, it varied depending on what time we are talking about as well as what troops. As a general rule, Carthage had its mercenaries use the weapons and armor of their homelands or what they already had. So Greek troops from Sicily would be more likely to be wearing a hoplite's panoply, while an Iberian would be using their native armors and weapons.
