I'm trying to figure out the start and end of each empire, but all my google searches give me a start date but no end date. I'm also wondering if anyone can give me a link to state formation, government, cities, things about each empire. Thank you for your time.

Well, there was no Mesoamerican empire. No group of people in the boundaries that we define as Mesoamerica has ever been able to conquer the entire area.

The problem is that you are talking about regions, not empires. For example, over its history, egypt had the old kingdom, the middle kingdom, the new kingdom, was conquered by the greeks, the persians, and the romans (this is not exactly in order and massively simplified). And that is the simplest of the regions that you are asking about! Which time period are you talking about?

Moreover, it's not like people stopped living there or having governments at any one time. These places were continually occupied. So the end of each dynasty/government/empire individually did not mean an end for the region.

For ancient egypt, I suppose the line is usually drawn after the Roman occupation. For China, I suppose if you wanted an end date, it would be after the Qing dynasty. I don't really know where you'd begin with Mesopotamia - it has such a long and complex history.
