I cannot find any information as to how the Germans trained its flight crews. I know how the RAF trained crews in OTU centers in the UK, I live near a former base. I know the RAF losses in training was relatively high, I assume the Germans had the same problem.
I know the RAF had various centers across the UK, using aircraft that had seen a long active service and therefore deemed unsuitable or obsolete. Yet I do not know, where the Luftwaffe trained and what aircraft was used, especially in the latter stages of the war.
Well, at some points, specifically towards the end of the war, it is clear that airmen weren't trained to an appropriate standard. This was much more famous for French and German Pilots in WW1, but it holds up in WW2, for various countries/time periods/divisions.
From what I understand it wasn't very different, probably similar to ones you described. Perhaps the exact way you register and get into the airforce was set up differently, but largely similar.
I am a layman and by no means an expert, but... almost not sure what you are asking. Are you asking a specific date for when Germany's official air force was generally inactive?
